Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases you make from Urban Stone Boutique but we understand that sometimes things may not work out and you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Please return the your item to the address below and include the packing slip in your original order. Once we receive your package and verify that it meets the return guidelines, a store credit will be issued to to the email associated with your order.

Return Guidelines

• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• All returns must have the original tags ATTACHED.
• Clearance and sale items are not returnable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs 
• The original shipping is non refundable.
• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it has been received.
